Much of Bickerton Hill is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and is ideal for experiencing nature and forestry and, with panoramic views for over 20 miles, is perfect for practicing map reading.

Sandstone Trail footpath (30 miles Frodsham to Whitchurch)
